Tidak semua orang bisa membedakan mana konsultan mana kontraktor. #Arsitek adalah konsultan, bukan kontraktor. Tapi sama-sama harus dibayar.

Hasil kerja kontraktor bangunan adalah sebuah/sekelompok bangunan yang dikerjakan BERDASARKAN desain #arsitek.
Menyalahi etika profesi re: @iamsita wah pdhl ada bbrp temen#arsitek pd jd kontraktor tuh. Gimana?
#Arsitek adalah wakil klien dalam sebuah proyek dan menjembatani komunikasi antara klien yang awam dengan kontraktor bangunan.

Jika #arsitek merangkap sebagai kontraktor bangunan, kepentingan klien tidak terwakili dengan baik karena timbul konflik kepentingan.
